Overview
QuantumLeap is looking for a strategic and results-driven Product Manager to join our innovative team. As a Product Manager, you will oversee the development and launch of our SaaS products, ensuring they meet market needs and align with our company’s vision. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and drive the product lifecycle from concept to launch.
Responsibilities
Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with company goals and market demands.
Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and define product positioning.
Roadmap Planning: Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer needs and business value.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, sales, and support teams, to gather and document product requirements.
Project Management: Oversee the product development process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of software development processes and experience working with engineering teams.
